Central Asia: Prospects of economic growth
The Kazakh experts, who studied the report by the International Monetary Fund for 2018-2019, say that economies of the Central Asian countries will continue to demonstrate growth and maintain stable development. The IMF shows that this year the growth is estimated at 2.2% in the CIS which includes major parts of the Central Asian region. The next year the GDP of the CIS will increase by 2.1%.

- Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are seeing the economic growth due to being oil and gas exporting countries. In many ways, positive indicators are explained by the oil and gas sales price in the current commodity market.
In 2018 and 2019, the International Monetary Fund predicts that the global economy will grow by nearly 4%.
