UNOOSA announces Space4Youth Essay Competition 2020
Are you passionate about space and sustainable development? Do you want to make a difference and contribute to tackling the climate changes? If your answer is YES, you can participate in the competition organized by the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) and the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) – Space4Youth Competition 2020.

The participant must present all of his ideas regarding the topics mentioned above in the essay on ‘Space as a tool to address climate changes: examples from local communities’. The submitted essay must be written in English and include original examples of how space policy, space law, space technologies and international cooperation in space can address climate change in local communities.

The essay must be uploaded on ‘Space4Youth’ webpage of UNOOSA by June 3.

The selected winners will be invited to participate in the 19th Space Generation Congress 2020 and present their essays during one of the planned sessions.
