Presidential Youth Staff Reserve Members Start New Positions
First members of the Presidential Youth Staff Reserve have already started work on their new positions. One of them is 28-year-old Ayanai Rayeva. She was appointed the deputy head of the Shymkent department for civil service affairs in Kazakhstan. Ayanai says it was not easy to be one of the few selected professionals and be appointed to this position.
“I feel a tremendous responsibility starting a new position in public administration. After being selected for the Presidential Youth Staff Reserve, I was offered the position of the deputy head of the Shymkent department for civil service affairs. I was very surprised. I am eager to work wherever my set of skills and expertise can be of use, I will put all of my energy to the table,” said Deputy Head of Shymkent Department for Civil Service Affairs, Ayanai Rayeva.
“Ayanai Rayeva has been working with us since 2015. Our team appreciates her work ethic. She is a young professional, and she works continuously on improving her skills,” said Head of Shymkent Department for Civil Service Affairs, Ali Komekbayev
In addition to her civil service, Ayanai Rayeva manages her own project “From heart to heart”. The project is aimed at creating a comprehensive database with information about people in need.
