Formation of Presidential Youth Staff Reserve
The Presidential Youth Staff Reserve is officially formed. Most of the young professionals who were selected work in private and quasi-public sectors. 98 of the reserved candidates are employees of public institutions. All of the candidates have a higher education and 57 per cent of them studied abroad.
The Presidential Youth Staff Reserve consists of young people from all over the country. An individual competency development plan will be created for each of the reserved candidates in the first quarter of 2020. The final result of the six-stage selection process has been published on the Presidential Youth Staff Reserve website.
“On behalf of the President, a lot of work has been done. At the moment, the selection process of the reserved candidates is completed. The National Commission has reviewed all of the applications and selected only 300 young professionals. They will be appointed to senior posts in the public administration system in the upcoming future,” said First Deputy Director of Administration of President of Kazakhstan, Maulen Ashimbayev.
