A unique production is launched in Aksu Industrial Zone in Pavlodar region
A unique production is launched in Aksu Industrial Zone in Pavlodar region. The waste recycling facility processes dust waste from metallurgical plants. The pure metal concentrate is obtained from the industrial waste. More than eight million tonnes of waste have been accumulated over the years. The facility will recycle 80,000 tonnes of waste monthly. The technology used separates ferrochrome from slag and produce construction and fireproof mixtures, commodity crushed stone and sand from recycled materials. The volume of waste recycling will be increased.
STANISLAV GOLOVIN, DIRECTOR, WASTE RECYCLING FACILITY:
- The second phase of production will increase the volume to 120,000 tonnes. Therefore, we plan to launch it at the end of 2019. There will be another third production stage, when we increase from the first stage to 160,000 tonnes per month.
The innovative recycling method allows the facility to operate year-round, regardless of climatic conditions. All production technology is automated. The company's products are exported. The Aksu Industrial Zone occupies more than 140 hectares of land.
BALGABAI IBRAYEV, MAYOR, AKSU CITY:
- I think that there will be more workshops for recycling and production. Also, there is interest in the agro-industrial complex, particularly, a vegetable store, greenhouses and some other recycling plants.
Sewage and water supply systems have been connected to the industrial zone. Residents at the zone will receive services at a reduced rate. This has attracted investors. An energy-intensive production facility will be created.
