President of Kazakhstan Met with South Korean Foreign Minister
The President of Kazakhstan has met with the South Korean Foreign Minister. They discussed cooperation development between the two countries and prospects of further strategic partnership. The discussion also included progress of implementation of agreements which have been reached at the highest level.
President Tokayev highlighted dynamics of trade and investment as well as technological cooperation and cultural and humanitarian relations. The South Korean Minister confirmed the willingness of further partnership.
“First of all, I would like to express my appreciation for the message of your president. As a matter of fact, his visit in April to Kazakhstan came out to be a very productive one. The program which has been signed and which is called a ‘Fresh Wind’ is extremely important in terms of giving additional impetus to cooperation between both countries. We are very much interested in having more results as much as business ties and economic cooperation are concerned,” Tokayev said.
“We are very much looking forward to your return to visit Korea. The follow up to my president’s visit has been very fruitful so far. The program that the two of us agreed to call ‘Fresh Wind’ very concrete areas of collaboration between the two countries, very much followed by our relevant authorities. I understand that the first working group meeting on the Fresh Wind project we were held in September,” said South Korean Foreign Minister, Kang Kyung-Wha.
