Winners of 100 New Faces Project Announced

32 contestants have been announced as winners of the 100 New Faces project in Kazakhstan.The winners are representatives of various professions. A total of 700,000 votes were made for the contestants.

About 2,000 citizens of Kazakhstan have expressed interest to take part in the third stage of the project. The initiative, implemented as part of the Modernization of Kazakhstan’s Identity program, encourages the youth in the country to follow the example of others and contribute to the development of the nation.

“It is huge support for us when people see and appreciate our work. We produce traditional clothes for families. Currently, we have partners in 20 cities in the country. I was born and grew up abroad. When I saw Kazakh ornaments made by my grandmother, I have always dreamed of producing traditional clothes. I had only 35,000 Tenge when I set up my company. Now we have become a large holding company,” said entrepreneur, Rustem Yermekbai.
