Modernization of Kazakhstan’s Identity Program Shows Positive Results
The Modernization of Kazakhstan’s Identity program is a large-scale nationwide project, initiated by the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The program, which has been launched for two years, has shown tremendous positive results as it covers all aspects of life in Kazakhstan.
More than 500 initiatives have been implements, only under the New Humanitarian Education program.
Meanwhile, under the 100 New Textbooks in Kazakh project, 17 world bestselling textbooks were translated into Kazakh in 2017.
As part of the Modernization of Kazakhstan’s Identity program, new facilities are opened and historical monuments are restored in all regions of Kazakhstan.
The country’s main artifact, the Golden Man, for example, has been brought to different museums worldwide.
The famous Astana Opera performers also went overseas to perform their best works under the Modernization of Kazakhstan’s Identity program.
“A colossal event took place last year, when performers of Astana Opera visited Italy and gave the national performance of Abai. The most famous directors in the world were invited to be part of the production work,” chief manager of the central project office of the Modernization of Kazakhstan’s Identity program, Gaukhar Tasbergenova said.
