Social modernization in education
President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev pays special attention to creation of favorable conditions and access to higher education. The real steps are announced in five initiatives of Nursultan Nazarbayev. The British politicians are confident that additional grant for engineering majors will increase the number of specialists. Member of the House of Lords of the British Parliament, Mohamed Itlaf Sheikh also highlighted the special focus of the Head of State on development of human capital in the country.
MOHAMED ITLAF SHEIKH, MEMBER OF HOUSE OF LORDS, UK PARLIAMENT:
- I think he progresses the country and he is also a caring president. In fact he is saying we should try to make people own properties, and also education is another thing. We talked earlier on the number of students who come here.
According to the Uzbek experts, five initiatives of the President will serve as a basis for Kazakhstan's transition to a new stage. Member of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan, Akmal Rakhmanov, the planned actions set forth in a document will ensure successful development of the country's economy.

- Having implemented these five social initiatives, Kazakhstan will reach one more level in the 21st century. It is very important to train a qualified specialist who will meet modern requirements. The allocation of grants to universities motivates younger people. This initiative is a large-scale project aimed at increasing the social potential of Kazakhs among the Central Asian countries.
