Digital technologies and Human resources
The Central Asian countries pay a lot of attention to topics of the impact of digital technology on the development of human capital in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Specialized programs aimed at human resources development are successfully used in the republics. For example, along with domestic ‘Digital Kazakhstan,’ Uzbekistan has launched electronic public services: online petitions and virtual reception rooms for citizens as part of the ‘Strategy of Action’ initiative. The program of digital transformation will work in Kyrgyzstan until 2040.
