189 air passengers isolated in quarantine facility
189 passengers out of 1,294 that arrived in Nur-Sultan by plane last weekend have been isolated in a hospital for quarantine. They did not have valid COVID-19 PCR test certificates. According to the press service of Nur-Sultan’s mayoral office, one passenger, a 30-year-old man who arrived from Moscow tested positive for coronavirus. He does not have any symptoms and has been isolated in home quarantine. A total of nine planes landed in the capital’s airport on Sunday. We remind that all passengers of international flights arriving in Kazakhstan must present a valid COVID-19 PCR test certificate.
