104 more patients recover from coronavirus in Kazakhstan
104 patients were reported to have recovered from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, their number in Kazakhstan increased to 102,323. According to the official data from Kazakh Health Ministry, 79 more COVID-19 cases were registered in the country in the last 24 hours. The highest number of new infections over the past day, which is 21, was recorded in East Kazakhstan region, followed by Nur-Sultan and Atyrau region with 16 and eight new coronavirus cases, respectively. Three more COVID-19 cases were recorded in Almaty in the last 24 hours, one in Shymkent, four in Akmola region, three in Almaty region, two in West Kazakhstan region, five in Karagandy region, two in Kostanai region, one in Kyzylorda region, three in Pavlodar region, six in North Kazakhstan region and four in Turkistan region.
To date, there are 107,529 COVID-19 cases in Kazakhstan, including 14,045 in Nur-Sultan, 14,359 in Almaty, 5,188 in Shymkent, 3,468 in Akmola region, 3,238 in Aktobe region, 4,953 in Almaty region, 11,064 in Atyrau region, 8,626 in East Kazakhstan region, 4,119 in Zhambyl region, 6,847 in West Kazakhstan region, 10,240 in Karagandy region, 3,472 in Kostanai region, 3,242 in Kyzylorda region, 3,338 in Mangystau region, 3,893 in Pavlodar region, 4,066 in North Kazakhstan region and 3,371 in Turkistan region.
In addition, 228 more pneumonia cases with COVID-19 symptoms and one death were registered in Kazakhstan in the last 24 hours. A total of 31,760 pneumonia cases with coronavirus symptoms, 346 fatalities and 26,805 recoveries have been reported in the country since August 1.
