No coronavirus cases were reported in two Kazakhstan regions in the past day
According to Kazakh Health Ministry, 73 more COVID-19 cases were registered in Kazakhstan in the past 24 hours. Mangystau and Kyzylorda regions remain at zero coronavirus cases. 19 new positive cases of infection were recorded in Nur-Sultan in the past day, four in Almaty, one in Shymkent, four in Akmola region, one in Aktobe region, one in Almaty region, six in Atyrau region, 16 in East Kazakhstan region, one in Zhambyl region, three in West Kazakhstan region, six in Karagandy region, two in Kostanai region, three in Pavlodar region, five in North Kazakhstan region and one in Turkistan region.
To date, there are 106,498 COVID-19 cases in Kazakhstan, including 13,911 in Nur-Sultan, 14,288 in Almaty, 5,182 in Shymkent, 3,428 in Akmola region, 3,224 in Aktobe region, 4,910 in Almaty region, 10,967 in Atyrau region, 8,327 in East Kazakhstan region, 4,102 in Zhambyl region, 6,795 in West Kazakhstan region, 10,159 in Karagandy region, 3,438 in Kostanai region, 3,231 in Kyzylorda region, 3,334 in Mangystau region, 3,863 in Pavlodar region, 3,995 in North Kazakhstan region and 3,344 in Turkistan region.
In addition, 149 patients were reported to have recovered from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, their number in Kazakhstan increased to 100,042.
450 more pneumonia cases with COVID-19 symptoms and one death were registered in the country in the last 24 hours. 372 patients were reported to have recovered from pneumonia with coronavirus symptoms in the last day. A total of 28,228 such cases, 316 fatalities and 6,546 recoveries have been reported in Kazakhstan since August 1.
