1,470 more patients recover from coronavirus in Kazakhstan

1,470 more patients recovered from coronavirus in Kazakhstan in the past day, so their total number reached 87,920. According to Kazakh Health Ministry, 256 more COVID-19 cases have been registered over the last 24 hours, including 103 asymptomatic carriers. The total number of the infected has reached 104,071 since the beginning of the coronavirus spread in the country.

13,686 (+8) coronavirus cases were reported in Nur-Sultan, 13,994 (+32) in Almaty, 5,159 (+4) in Shymkent, 3,296 (+14) in Akmola region, 3,187 (+6) in Aktobe region, 4,857 (+9) in Almaty region, 10,786 (+18) in Atyrau region, 7,921 (+31) in East Kazakhstan region, 4,034 (+8) in Zhambyl region, 6,646 (+17) in West Kazakhstan region, 9,894 (+22) in Karagandy region, 3,315 (+12) in Kostanai region, 3,222 (+6) in Kyzylorda region, 3,293 (+8) in Mangystau region, 3,735 (+33) in Pavlodar region, 3,822 (+14) in North Kazakhstan region and 3,224 (+14) in Turkistan region.

723 more pneumonia cases with coronavirus symptoms and six deaths were reported in the last day. The number of such cases has increased to 21,264, while death toll has reached 2,139 since August 1.
