74,677 coronavirus patients recover in Kazakhstan
975 patients were reported to have recovered from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, their number in Kazakhstan increased to 74,677. According to the latest data from Kazakh Health Ministry, 691 more COVID-19 cases were registered in the country in the last 24 hours. 377 of them are cases with no clinical symptoms of infection. 143 new positive coronavirus cases were recorded in Nur-Sultan in the past day, 97 in Almaty, seven in Shymkent, 50 in Akmola region, 16 in Aktobe region, 22 in Almaty region, 21 in Atyrau region, 75 in East Kazakhstan region, 19 in Zhambyl region, 45 in West Kazakhstan region, 66 in Karagandy region, 29 in Kostanai region, nine in Kyzylorda region, 15 in Mangystau region, 26 in Pavlodar region, 35 in North Kazakhstan region and 16 in Turkistan region.
To date, there are 100,855 COVID-19 cases in Kazakhstan, including 13,348 in Nur-Sultan, 13,650 in Almaty, 5,121 in Shymkent, 3,119 in Akmola region, 3,124 in Aktobe region, 4,743 in Almaty region, 10,638 in Atyrau region, 7,440 in East Kazakhstan region, 3,928 in Zhambyl region, 6,411 in West Kazakhstan region, 9,575 in Karagandy region, 3,141 in Kostanai region, 3,195 in Kyzylorda region, 3,186 in Mangystau region, 3,580 in Pavlodar region, 3,608 in North Kazakhstan region and 3,048 in Turkistan region.
Kazakh Health Ministry also provided data on pneumonia cases with COVID-19 symptoms. 1,423 more such cases and eight deaths were registered in Kazakhstan in the last 24 hours. A total of 14,760 cases and 181 fatalities have been reported in the country since August 1.
