COVID-19 cases in Kazakhstan reach 18,765

Seven more people at once died from coronavirus in the past day, including four in Akmola region and three in Almaty. The total death toll from COVID-19 in the country reached 134.

534 cases of coronavirus have been registered in Kazakhstan over the past 24 hours. The infection spread is 2.9 percent.

3,470(+41) cases were reported in Almaty, 3,484(+77) in Nur-Sultan, 1,993(+43) in Karagandy region, 1,540(+65) in Atyrau region, 1,404(+47) in Shymkent, 1,221(+35) in West Kazakhstan region, 671(+18) in Aktobe region, 653(+34) in Turkistan region, 626(+10) in Zhambyl region, 620(+23) in Almaty region, 584(+12) in Kyzylorda region, 535(+14) in Pavlodar region, 507(+47) in East Kazakhstan region, 449(+13) in Mangystau region, 369(+11) in Kostanai region, 368(+19) in Akmola region and 271(+25) in North Kazakhstan region.

1,096 more asymptomatic carriers were confirmed in the last day, bringing their total number to 11,721. They are not involved in the overall statistics.

The number of recovered patients grew to 11,514.
