COVID-19 cases in Kazakhstan reach 12,312
Kazakh Health Ministry purchased 87 vibroacoustic devices for the treatment of lung pathology for infectious hospitals in Kazakhstan.
 
“The measure is a continuation of a large-scale program to strengthen the material and technical equipment base of healthcare organizations providing medical care to patients with COVID-19. The use of vibroacoustic therapy in the treatment of pulmonary complications due to viral infection is a necessary stage of treatment in accordance with the requirements of national standards and is already confirmed by the positive results of use on patients in severe condition,” explained the ministry.

Four people have recently died from coronavirus, bringing the country’s death toll to 52. The number of infected people also grew to 12,312 with 245 new cases that were reported in the past day. The infection spread is 2.0 percent.

2,790(+49) cases were confirmed in Almaty, 2,379(+35) in Nur-Sultan, 1,185(+10) in Atyrau region, 1,072(+48) in Karagandy region, 924(+15) in Shymkent, 776(+22) in West Kazakhstan region, 452(+3) in Kyzylorda region, 413(+11) in Almaty region, 412(+7) in Zhambyl region, 389(+5) in Turkistan region, 373(+6) in Aktobe region, 319(+11) in Mangystau region, 229(+5) in Pavlodar region, 195(+4) in Kostanai region, 172(+5) in Akmola region, 168(+9) in East Kazakhstan region and 64 in North Kazakhstan region.
