COVID-19 cases in Kazakhstan exceed 8,500
209 more coronavirus cases have been registered in Kazakhstan over the last day, bringing the total number of the infected to 8,531, reported Kazakh Health Ministry. The infection spread growth rate is 2.5 percent.
1,630(+32) cases were confirmed in Nur-Sultan, 2,201(+37) in Almaty, 606 in Shymkent, 146(+1) in Akmola region, 276(+6) in Aktobe region, 288(+4) in Almaty region, 891(+12) in Atyrau region, 66(+4) in East Kazakhstan region, 292(+33) in Zhambyl region, 414(+28) in West Kazakhstan region, 595(+33) in Karagandy region, 122(+2) in Kostanai region, 289(+6) in Kyzylorda region, 167(+1) in Mangystau region, 187(+10) in Pavlodar region, 46 in North Kazakhstan region and 315 in Turkistan region.

To date, the number of recovered patients in Kazakhstan grew to 4,352. 35 deaths were registered.
