Coronavirus Cases Reach 294 in Kazakhstan

Nine more coronavirus cases have been registered in Kazakhstan, bringing the total number of the infected patients to 294. New cases were found in Almaty, Kyzylorda and Akmola regions, three each. The Kazakh Health Ministry reported 167 cases in Nur-Sultan, 73 in Almaty, 12 in Atyrau region, nine in Akmola region, seven in Karagandy region, six in Almaty region, five in Kyzylorda region, three in Zhambyl region, two in Shymkent region, two in Aktobe region, two in East Kazakhstan region, two in West Kazakhstan region, one in Mangystau region, one in Pavlodar region and one in North Kazakhstan region. Kazakhstan also reported the first death from coronavirus. A 64-year-old woman died of COVID-19 in the Kazakh capital March 26. 20 people have fully recovered.
