Kazakhstan Confirms Nine Coronavirus Cases
Kazakhstan confirms nine cases of coronavirus, including seven infected people in Almaty and two in Nur-Sultan. Over 1,600 people are placed in hospitals at the moment. More than 600 are staying under a residence-based quarantine, a spokesperson of the Kazakh Health Ministry reported. People are strongly recommended to observe the preventive measures against COVID-19 spread, by washing hands frequently, avoiding crowded places and coming into contact with the chronically ill people. People with symptoms of flu are recommended to see doctors immediately. A hotline at 1406 is available for anyone wishing to obtain the necessary information about coronavirus.
