Kazakhstan’s Ethnic Assembly launches video lectures on playing national music instruments
Assembly of People of Kazakhstan offers video lectures on playing various national instruments. Viewers can learn about their types, features and structure during the lessons.
For example, art director of Nur-Sultan's Uzbek ethno-cultural center Nuriddin Moldabayev held a master class today showing an Uzbek instrument called nagara. He played the Uzbek instrument, spoke about its intricacies and gave advice to beginners.
Nagara is a type of drums. It also called as naqqāra, naqqarat, naqqarah, naqqåre, nakkare, nagora. The instrument is present in cultures of the Middle East, India and Azerbaijan.
