Young artists of Artists’ Union of Astana presented over 50 works
Young artists of the Artists’ Union of Astana presented over 50 works at the “Flame of Youth” exhibition in Astana. The artists’ works were created under the influence of modern trends in art. They differ in style, imagery, technique and demonstrate the artists’ search for their unique artistic style. The art and applied art exhibition is dedicated to Astana’s 20th anniversary.
UMIRALI ISMAILOV, CHAIRMAN, YOUTH ASSOCIATION, ARTISTS’ UNION OF ASTANA:
- Young artists are just beginning their artistic path. The majority of them follow the academic style. Classics, academic style and realism prevail in their works. As part of the Modernization of Public Consciousness program we hold events on Kazakh traditions and the national identity. And our young artists should develop their artistic skills by participating in these events.
AKMOR TYULKIYEVA, ARTIST:
- This exhibition provides a great opportunity for artists to demonstrate their works. My works were performed in Plain Air. They are all fresh and created this spring. The works are performed in the impressionism and abstraction styles. It is not realism. I was inspired by nature when drawing these paintings. I was absorbed by the beauty of nature and wanted to convey the energy that it gave me.
