Kazakhstan will export products worth US$19 million to Tajikistan. The export agreements were signed following the results of Kazakhstan’s trade and economic mission of export products to Dushanbe. According to CA-News agency, the terms of the agreements reached include the export of Kazakh vehicles and furniture products. The countries have successfully agreed on the supply of six tonnes of Kazakh rails to Tajikistan this year.
Turkmenistan is preparing for the chairmanship in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in 2019. On September 28, Dushanbe will host a meeting of the Council of the CIS leaders where the chairmanship will transfer from Tajikistan to Turkmenistan. In this regard, Ashgabat is preparing the CIS Development Concept for the upcoming year, reports Central Asian portal.
According to Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov, the country will develop a constructive multi-vector partnership throughout the CIS.
Uzbekistan and India will jointly produce mobile phones. According to the Kun.UZ website, the parties have agreed to establish the production of communication facilities on Uzbekistan’s territory.
Kyrgyz agrarians are increasing crop productivity due to the use of new bio stimulators. According to the Kyrgyz agricultural portal, the crop yield has increased by 25 per cent in seed farms of the Batken region. Based on the report, winter wheat was planted on two sites using a biological growth stimulant in order to increase the production of organic agricultural products in autumn last year. Experts highlight that the young crop grew 10 days early. The use of bio-lignin has also favorably affected the wheat quality.
