State-of-the-Nation Address 2019: Supporting SME
Today, products made in Kazakhstan are in high demand in neighboring markets.
In the first half of this year alone, the figure in all areas of economy has grown 30%.
In addition, the balance of prices in the country is also contributing to the economies of other countries. This was shared by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his state-of-the-nation address recently.
Five initiatives mentioned in the address will improve Kazakhstan’s performance in foreign policy.
Uzbek expert Ravshan Nazarov said that regional cooperation between the neighboring countries and transport services have improved trade and reduced barriers.
“This important document is related to many areas of the transformation process. The changes and transformations are related to social-economic areas and infrastructure development. This will contribute to Kazakhstan’s internal economy as well as to the regional economy,” he said.
Expert from Karagandy, Serik Sanaubayev opined that with the introduction of a three-year ban on income tax, new entrepreneurs can successfully start and develop their businesses.
Meanwhile, beginning January of next year, small and medium-sized enterprises will be exempted from three-year auditing.
“Initiatives included in the address will give a huge opportunity to entrepreneurs to expand their businesses and attract investments. When a young businessperson will establish business and start having revenues, then he can be ready to pay taxes,” Sanaubayev said.
