Large banks to release their own cryptocurrency
Commercial banks will release their own currency. It’s planned to launch in the beginning of 2018. UBS and Swiss banks joined Deutsche Bank, Santander and BNY Mellon in order to convey the idea of developing digital money to the world’s central banks. This new type of digital money should become the standard for the regulation of financial transaction through the block chain data base, reports Financial Times. This step is one of the most concrete examples of interaction between banks in block chain technology for decentralized power of computer networks and to improve the efficiency of financial markets.
